The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is a flagship initiative by the Government of India, implemented through the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) under the Ministry of Education. These NATS Awareness Sessions are organized to inform students, faculty, and institutions about the benefits, structure, and registration process of the apprenticeship program.

Counseling

The Student Counseling Session is designed to support students in making informed decisions about their career paths, skill development, and future opportunities. This session provides personalized guidance, motivation, and clarity to help students navigate academic choices, training programs, and employment options.

Internship Matching

The Internship Matching Program is a guided platform that connects students with the right internship opportunities based on their skills, interests, academic background, and career goals. It aims to ensure that every student gets meaningful, hands-on industry experience to prepare for the real-world job market.

Compliance & support

The Compliance and Support Unit ensures that all operations, partnerships, and student activities align with the guidelines of governing bodies, such as the Ministry of Education, BOAT/AICTE, or industry standards. This unit plays a crucial role in maintaining transparency, accountability, and smooth implementation of training and internship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring adherence to government rules, NATS norms, and institutional policies.
Managing documentation, agreements, and certification processes.
Monitoring attendance, stipend disbursement, and student progress.
Assisting stakeholders with audits, portal usage, and regulatory submissions.
Providing end-to-end support for issue resolution, grievance handling, and reporting.

 

Avishkar Training Sessions (loT , Robotics)

The Avishkar Training Sessions are specially designed to ignite innovation, enhance practical skills, and promote problem-solving abilities among students. These sessions aim to prepare youth for real-world challenges by equipping them with tools in design thinking, technology, research, and entrepreneurship.
